Making flan for the hubs has become a tradition on Valentine’s Day, now in the works for a few years. He loves it and it makes my heart flutter to make him happy (cheeseball alert). AND not just any flan… heart shaped flan! (Would you expect anything less from my theme-obsessed self?)
You think making flan is complicated? No way. This isn’t some ancient family recipe we’re workin’ with here. I use this recipe found on the Food Network website! The custardy smooth goodness bakes just as perfectly in a heart shaped pan as it would a regular one, I promise. Give it a whirl!
