My name is Jennifer, but call me Jen.

I’m a 20something with an old fashioned soul, obsessed with creativity. Everything I own has to have a story behind it.  I’m known to be a little whimsical.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart and best friend, Mike. He’s a building contractor and he’s awesome. He’s the reason my house has cool stuff like doors and drywall. We have a puppy named Frank, and he’s our little ball of joy. 

Jesus is my savior and Lord, and He should be yours too. Ask me about it!

Mike and I got married in 2009 and bought our first house in 2010. We’ve been renovating the little old cottage ever since. It’s been a fun ride of bargain shopping and do-it-yourself projects. My favorite times were spent driving around and scoping out neighborhoods with the hubs and a yummy coffee in hand, and still are. After all, it’s never too soon to start looking for house #2!
